Your Coaching Sessions
Here are the descriptions of your 3 Live Remote Coaching Sessions to prepare for your pitch to the EIC Accelerator panel, designed to boost your confidence, enhance your competence, and ensure your presentation is both compelling and memorable:
Session 1 - Initial Pitch and Feedback:
Pitch Delivery: Present your 10-minute pitch to me, aiming to stay as close to the 10-minute mark as possible.
Detailed Feedback: I will take detailed notes without interrupting your presentation.
Brainstorming: We will spend the remainder of the session brainstorming strategies to make your pitch more engaging and memorable, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and impact.
Session 2 - Refinement and Q&A Preparation:
Implement Feedback: Incorporate the feedback and suggestions from Session 1 into your pitch.
Revised Pitch Practice: Present your newly revised pitch.
Q&A Practice: Send me a list of potential questions you expect from the panel. I will add my questions to the list to simulate a realistic Q&A session. This practice will enhance your ability to answer questions more confidently and precisely.
Session 3 - Final Practice and Debrief:
Final Pitch Practice: Deliver your 10-minute pitch followed by a Q&A session with actual questions.
Debrief: We will conclude with a debrief to analyze the results of Session 3, focusing on areas of improvement and strengths.
Readiness Assessment: By the end of this session, you will be more than ready to pitch to the panel. Additional practice with your team is encouraged to solidify your preparation further.
Through these sessions, you will develop the skills to present with more confidence, handle questions with ease, and leave a lasting impression on the panel.
