where X = who, Y = what, and Z = how
Be sure and replace "help" with a word or words that describe your product or service, such as increase, decrease, improve, enable, disable, empower, outclass, prepare, etc.

Note: Some investors are asking for more specifics about whether you are software, hardware, a mobile app, an enterprise app, a platform with API's, etc.
Hint: Remember to create a Value Proposition Matrix for each product, service and even one for your company itself and keep it up to date.
