Entrepreneurial Selling by Craig Wortmann
Workshop Pre-WoRK (~30 minutes)
Entrepreneurs face a lot of challenges. One of the first is selling. What’s your initial target market? How do you find the first customers in that market? What do you say once you’ve found them? And how do you get them to buy what you have to offer, and then stay loyal over time?
In this series, Craig explores a few of the critical skills and tools that entrepreneurs can use to succeed in selling. His main goal is to help you become as efficient and effective as possible in the sales process, because you don’t have a minute to waste.
Homework (~10 minutes)
As you watch Craig, please take note of the things he mentions that either validate or invalidate your thinking. We will discuss your findings in the workshop. Please come to the workshop prepared to take a deep dive into Craig’s topic, along with any other questions you want to bring up.
N.B.: What if you can’t find the time to watch this video series and complete the homework before the workshop?
