THE RULES HAVE CHANGED

 

Team Programs:

1 - The 3-Week Online Meeting Magic Team Workshop and Coaching Program

Gain confidence in online meetings by elevating your on-screen presence and delivery techniques.

This Online Meeting Magic program consists of three 1-hour workshops over three consecutive weeks with two personalized 30-minute coaching sessions in-between the workshops to apply each lesson to your situation.

  1. Live Remote Workshop 1 – Technology and Techniques
    This first workshop builds the foundation of your Online Meeting Magic. You will be introduced to tools and best practices to make your on-screen communication more effective and enjoyable for you and your audiences.

    Personalized Live Remote Coaching Session 1
    We’ll look at your specific situation to recommend a customized approach to elevate your on-screen presence.

  2. Live Remote Workshop 2 – Audience Engagement Factors and Techniques
    You will have a solid foundation to look and sound your best by now. Time to take it to the next level. In this workshop, we teach you how to get your message from your mind into the hearts of your audience.

    Personalized Live Remote Coaching Session 2
    In this 1:1 session, we’ll focus on fine-tuning your delivery style and help you refine your personal on-screen branding.

  3. Live Remote Workshop 3 – The New You
    This is where you get to show off the New You! You’ll be asked to deliver a short presentation incorporating your learning and get immediate feedback and coaching.

After each session, a video recording of each live workshop will be available to participants. Individual coaching sessions can also be recorded by request.

Fee: $1,495 [Thermo Fisher $995] per person, including two 1:1 30-minute live remote coaching sessions for each person. Minimum five participants.

2 - The 3-Hour Online Meeting Magic Team Workshop and Coaching Program

This program contains content similar to the 3-Week Program but is condensed into one session rather than three.

The Online Meeting Magic 3-hour program consists of two 90-minute sessions, back-to-back, with a break, on the same day. There is also an option of receiving two personalized 30-minute coaching sessions after the program to apply each lesson to your individual situation. There is an option for 1:1 coaching following this program.

The main difference between the 3-Week and 3-Hour program is that spreading this learning over several weeks allows people to experiment more easily and learn what works best for their specific situation.

  1. Technology and Techniques - This first half builds the foundation of your Online Meeting Magic. You will be introduced to tools and best practices to make your on-screen communications more effective and enjoyable.

  2. Audience Engagement Factors and Techniques - The second half is the time to take your on-screen presence to the next level. You will learn how to get your message from your mind into the hearts of your audience.

A video recording of this program will be available to workshop participants afterward. Individual coaching sessions can also be recorded at the participant’s request.

Fee: $795 [Thermo Fisher $495] per person, including two 1:1 30-minute live remote coaching sessions for each person. Minimum five participants.

  • All of the sessions will take place online on TEAMS or Zoom. This will allow you to practice what you learn immediately.

  • We encourage all participants to make an effort to attend all live workshops. However, if you can’t make it to a session, no worries. The recordings of each workshop will be available after each session so you won’t miss out.

  • The coaching sessions are all about you. We’ll explore what areas you would like to improve the most and ensure you feel comfortable with everything you have learned in the workshops.

  • While upgrading some of your equipment may lead to even better results, everything we teach can be done with your current setup and physical setting.

  • No, you do not need a green screen. We will talk about how a green screen can be used, but it is not required.

  • No. This program is hardware and software technology agnostic. It doesn’t matter which operating system you use or if you prefer Zoom, Teams, or any other meeting platform.
